We stay in India where roti is the basic part of the meal of all the houses. While
travelling across the length and breadth of our country the colour, texture, size and type
of Roti changes. The geographic locations and the temperature also tend to change the
requirement of the meals. Also, with the type of hard work one does, the food needs are
different. Men in the family are not always privileged to have the fresh warm roti in the
meal directly. The kids in schools and colleges go through the same saga. Also, it's not
always possible for everyone to get the freshly cooked meal. With the microwaves, the
feel of hot/warm food is fulfilled. But roti is again a big task to deal with.

If the roti we eat in tiffin is not as soft and as fresh as what we are served at
home, the meal is never thought to be delicious! And if the food is not something we are

friend. The intentions and aura with which we cook and eat food are how our body
would react and brain will work. We often sense that the day we eat food with blueness,

There is a series of steps we need to follow to make perfect rotis. It starts with
following steps.

Step 1: Choosing the atta/flour as per the requirement
Step 2: Kneading the dough
Step 3: Rolling out the balls of dough
Step 4: Cooking the roti

Now, while going through these steps, the first and most important magic step is
step one. Choosing the perfect atta which soaks a good amount of water keeping the
consistency of the dough intact. The more the atta absorbs water, softer the rotis will
be. Of course, that’s not the only thing important; it’s the major thing that's important.
To knead the dough finely and rolling the proper roti also adds to it.

So, while going for the flour shopping, make sure you select the perfect #atta
which would soak more water making your dough perfect resulting in softer rotis for
