When talking about Punjabi food, the pictures that flash in front of our eyes are big broad thick rotis, makkhan maarke, paneer sabzi, lassi, Daal tadka and Basmati Jeera Rice! The dough of Punjabi roti is also kneaded differently. Once atta, water, milk, and ghee are mixed and the dough is ready it is rolled by a thin cloth and kept it in a container or a casserole for half an hour.
