The Indian Bread, Roti is a staple in the Indian diet. Some call it Roti, some Phulka and some call it Chapati. The name changes, but the property and main ingredient would never change. It is fresh, low in calories improves digestion, has a lot of nutrition especially many components of Vitamin B, it has fibers and the count goes on and on! To maintain all this, it is much required that the atta from which the roti is prepared should be fresh and is processed in a way that it preserves the nutrients, gives a perfect taste, fragrance, and texture to the rotis.
As mentioned in an earlier blog, we have eight varieties of atta, and “Nutrapoorna Daily Fresh Atta” is one of them! As the name suggests, it is one of the best selection for daily roti requirements.
Thought behind Daily Fresh Atta:
When we were in the development stage of making various atta, we conquered a lot of thoughts from different age groups. We came to know that amongst a majority of families, the main need was to get the rotis softer for longer durations. In all our houses we have atleast one family member who takes the Tiffin every day. It would be very disconsolate for the one who is eating from tiffin to see the rotis which are stiff or have turned elastic. So, the whole plan revolved around how to achieve the smiles while eating rotis which are cooked hours before the consumption.
We sat and discussed with many cooking specialists from normal housewives who have been cooking for years, to small-scale cooks, tiffin service cooks, and chefs.
How we Made Daily Fresh Atta:
With a lot of research, we have developed a process for grinding the grains With traditional stone grinding method, the fibers in the grain are kept intact, moisture quantity of grain is maintained, keeping the finest of the atta balanced. The procured premium quality M.P. Wheat grains, first went to a quality check. Once they cleared that, they were cleaned and processed in an above-mentioned manner. With all this process, atta absorbed more water. So, when flour was kneaded with an adequate amount of water and oil preceding it with rolling, cooking and finally packing it in tiffin, it resulted in softer rotis for longer hours. And that was the sole motive of getting perfect rotis for the tiffins made through Daily Fresh Atta.
Customer Satisfaction:
When we first introduced Daily Fresh Atta, we took more than 180 feedbacks. When rotis were given in tiffin to kids who were studying in school or collages, or they were packed in tiffin for working people, there was no complaint. The tiffins were empty. And the users were happy!
We are all the time trying more ways to serve each customer in a better way by improving our product keeping our tagline worthy! “Uttam Swad, Sarvottam Quality”
